However we are unable to weigh items or supply pallets the item will be wrapped to protect it in transport. If you wish to collect an item we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation and installation of an item.

Please seek advice when collecting an item if you are unsure on any of these matters. Ideally an item should be transported standing upright and secured in the vehicle to limit any damage or issues that may occur. Sockets needs to be isolated for this to be done.

We will not fit an item if the area is deemed unsafe, or if there is lack of plumbing such as no waste water or water supply to connect a washing machine, or due to poor electrical standards, poorly fitted worktops, waste access or rotting water isolators. Each house is different so this will be judged at the the time by our engineer.

Integrated appliances will be plumbed in and powered on. However fitting the cabinet doors or raising the appliance in any way to fit the space is not part of the installation service.
