Airforce B2 Octa 78cm Centrale. The Centrale B2 Octa's powerful central extraction vent offers no compromise when it comes to suction power. Drawing in equal extraction rates no matter which side of the vent you cook on you can be confident that the escape of smoke, smell and grease particles is impossible. In addition, the bridgeable zones allow you to cook multiple pots or pans on one zone whilst losing no capability.

Giving you absolute freedom to use whichever size pan you require and you aren't constrained to one small spot unlike other more basic induction units. All Airforce downdraft hobs are designed around standard size drawers so there's need to get a bespoke cabinet made for them. 9 heating levels so you are in complete control and you can cook with precision.

4 boosters for when you need that extra burst of heat. 2 bridges - Combine 2 Zones to form a larger cooking area... Perfect for those unwieldy larger pans that wont quite fit on one zone!
