The Bridge Zone on this CIB605 hob simply allows you to combine the right two zones to create a large cooking zone for 25-28cm pans as well as rectangular cookware such as a griddle. This hob also comes with a few special functions, namely the Keep Warm Function and the Fry Function.

The fry function is designed for the top left zone and is great for quickly selecting the optimal heat for frying. The keep warm function selects a gentle heat that warms your food instead of cooking it. The Flat Ceramic glass surface is incredibly easy to wipe clean as there are no controls or pan supports to trap grease and grime.
