As long as you have measured your worktop cut-out and checked the technical drawing (under images), it should only take an electrician minutes to connect the three wires on the cable coming from the hob to the 6mm cooker cable coming out of your wall. This ceramic hob comes with a cable with a Live, Neutral and Earth wire. It needs to be connected to a 6mm cooker cable by an electrician. You cannot fit it to a plug as it is 6kW and too powerful for a plug socket.
