Gasland Sensor Touch Ceramic Hob 90 cm 5 Zones. The Gasland Chef CH90BF Ceramic Cooktop is equipped with 5 cooking zones designed for AC 220240 V and rated at 800 8500 W for fast cooking, with 9 heat level settings, touch controls, triple and oval ring elements, instant heat-up and multiple protection functions. Simply select your cooking zone and set the desired heat level using the touch control with digital display. The timer allows you to set the cooking time for all cooking zones to a maximum of 99 minutes. Press the Ceramic hob safety interlock symbol for 3 seconds to switch the safety interlock mode on or off. The electric hob heats up centrally and transfers the heat directly to the bottom of the hob to avoid wasting energy. If the hob has been in operation for some time, there will be some residual heat. The letter "H" appears to warn you. A temperature sensor monitors the temperature inside the ceramic hob. If an excessive temperature is monitored, operation stops. These professional ceramic hobs heat up faster than conventional hobs.
