A minor rust spot otherwise appears to be clean - see final pic. The rust spot is on the inner frame on the right hand side where the grill door opens. So it is not visible when the grill door is closed. DUE TO THE WEIGHT YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE TO BE ABLE TO SAFELY REMOVE THIS FROM THE HOUSE YOURSELF AS I HAVE BACK ISSUES. IT IS ON A GROUND FLOOR.
