However if this is not possible the item will be delivered by a pallet courier company and will arrive on a pallet, the driver will take the item off of the lorry but can not take it into the house. Collection appointments are available Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 4:30pm. The cut off for booking a Saturday collection is 3:30pm on the Friday before.
