Powerful induction cooking Induction hobs combine the rapid heating and control of gas cooking with electric power, using a copper coil under the hob surface that reacts as soon as your pots and pans are detected.

Only your cookware receives heat, so cooking becomes far more responsive and precise. The ZCI68330BA offers sensitive temperature adjustment so you can make instant changes to simmer, boil, fry or sauté responsively. There's also very little wasted energy and residual heat around the pan, and if a pot or pan is removed, the heat quickly reduces as the induction connection has been broken. This makes induction technology a safer option. Two ovens for more options The two ovens in this Zanussi ZCI68330BA Electric Cooker allow you to prepare a large meal with different elements or smaller portions.

Roast and bake or grill at the same time with an appliance helps you multitask to get the results you want. Its main cavity offers 69 litres of space, which is ideal for larger meals such as roast dinners, and since it uses fanned heat, temperature distribution is even throughout.
